About Rozile

Rozile is an independent website about public sector work in the UK: schools, the NHS, councils, the Civil Service and the emergency services. It is run by Barış Kılıç.

What is on the site

Guides to individual jobs, pay scales, applications and interviews, tax and take-home pay, rights at work and pensions. A take-home pay calculator using the 2026/27 tax rates and the contribution tiers of the main public sector pension schemes. A list of open school and NHS vacancies, refreshed every day.

Where the information comes from

Pay figures come from the published pay documents: NHS Employers for Agenda for Change, the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document, the NJC pay spine and departmental pay awards. Tax and National Insurance figures come from HMRC. Each guide lists its sources at the bottom. How guides are written and checked is set out in our editorial policy.

School vacancies come from Teaching Vacancies, the Department for Education's free service, under the Open Government Licence v3.0. NHS vacancies come from NHS Jobs; we show a summary and link to the original advert, where you apply.

Independence

Rozile is not part of the NHS, the Department for Education or any government body, and is not a recruitment agency. We do not take applications or pass your details to employers. The site is paid for by advertising.
