About the Role
The successful candidate will support pupils during key unstructured times of the day, helping them to develop social skills, independence and confidence in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise pupils’ play activities at break and lunchtime.
Provide safe, creative and stimulating play opportunities that enhance pupils’ free time.
Organise, maintain, clean and safely store play equipment and resources.
Support pupils as they transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Set up, pack away and store portable equipment as needed.
Carry out intimate/personal care and hygiene duties with dignity and compassion.
